Physicianship

Heal wounds, cure poison, and treat disease. Physicians can bind wounds mid-combat and brew potent remedies. High skill means faster heals and less material wasted.

Healing

  • Bandage healing: 10—40 HP depending on cloth quality and skill (base heal at 0 Physicianship).
  • Heal amount scales: +1 HP per 3 Physicianship. Max ~43 HP with perfect bandages at 100.
  • Heal time: 4 seconds at 0, 2 seconds at 60, 1 second at 100.
  • Can heal yourself or others. Self-heal has a 10-second cooldown.
  • Critical heal: 10% chance at 50+, 20% at 80+, 30% at 100+. Deals 1.5× heal amount.

Poison and disease

  • Cure weak poison: requires 40 Physicianship. Success: 80% at 40, 100% at 60.
  • Cure strong poison: requires 70 Physicianship. Success: 60% at 70, 90% at 100.
  • Cure deadly poison: requires 90 Physicianship. Success: 40% at 90, 70% at 100.
  • Disease treatment: requires 60 Physicianship. Duration: 2—4 hours without cure.
  • Antidote crafting: combine herbs to create potions that cure poison without a skill check.

Materials

  • Cloth: any cloth can be torn into bandages. Higher-tier cloth holds more medicine.
  • Herbs: gathered from the wild. Used in poultices and antidotes.
  • Alcohol: used as antiseptic. Reduces infection chance after treatment.
  • Medical kits: crafted at 50+ for faster heal times. Consumable item.
